Philly has been passionate about massage therapy since 2008. In 2010 she extended her practice to include Sports Massage Therapy and has since found this to be an essential part of her work. With over 4 years clinical and event experience in both chiropractic and osteopathic clinics, Philly has an extensive list of clients of all ages, varying levels of activity and with various health conditions. She works with patients individually to ensure individual treatment is effective, enjoyable and informative.

Being a keen tennis player and runner, she recognises the importance of Sports Massage and how regular treatment can keep athletes performing at their top level by working to aid recovery, prevent injury and encourage their development. Philly also takes part in postgraduate courses regularly to improve her skills inc. MFR, taping and strapping, ultrasound and medical acupuncture.

She was selected as a Sports Massage Practitioner for the London 2012 Olympic Games "this was a once-in-a-lifetime experience which has provided an excellent foundation for my sports therapy work."

In addition to Sports Massage, in 2011 Philly became a certified infant massage instructor and 'Philly's Baby Massage' was born. A number of her regular clients were starting families so it seemed a natural progression to broaden her knowledge in ante and post natal treatments to also offer pregnancy massage and baby massage classes where parents are taught how to massage their babies.

In October 2013 Philly joined Brighton Health & Wellbeing Centre - an Integated NHS Health Centre. A number of holistic therapies are offered to patients which have to be paid for but funding for those in need is also available, by way of the Brunswick Health Project, a charity created especially to provide private health treatments for low-waged an unwaged people in the area.
